I recieved odd messages from them, they knew my name too. Then they stopped replying.

I received a text from them and they knew my name also.

wow same here too. something about yahoo messenger faithchikie5. diffidently a scam.

They did the same thing to me. The person texted me saying "Hiii John' I asked who they were they said "a.d.d my sn on y! IM .. id is camilaflirter2" I texted back then they said "oh no I have no battery life:("

From what I can tell the person is female because their Yahoo account name and the fact they said "Hiii". But how did they get my name... I don't even have Facebook (anymore, I deleted my account). Plus I am not fond of giving my cell number out.

I have texted her (i'm assuming) back today got a similar Yahoo email, then a "sorry I have no signal ;("

Yup, same number with no response when asked to reveal their identity!  It must be some type of computer generated text.
