Caller stated raising money for some police group.  Called # back and man just answered with "Hello".  I then hung up

Can't tell the name of the company.  A man said he was calling from the unintelligable foundation.  They have called me many times.  Mostly I just don't answer.

Called, i did not answer. No messsage. Googled number, found here. Read comments, glad i did not answer. Put this number in my call blocker now. Sounds like a con/scam.
