I received a call from this number at 4:22 EST on 11/11/14 telling me they were collecting for veterans since Veteran's Day was right around the corner. I informed the man that actually today is Veteran's Day and he needed to update his script. I then hung up. Today, 11/12/14 at 3:30 I got a call from the same number and a lady said they were collecting for those ladies that are struggling with breast cancer. Really? Are these people serious.
Just got the call from this number 5:20pm 11/13/14. Came up on caller ID as NEWARK, NJ, and almost took the call because I'm locale, but know nobody with the 862 area code. Searched this number quickly and saw the posts. Glad I didn't take the call. They left no message.
Called my house twice on 11/9. Once at 3:00ish and again at 7:30 pm. Wasn't able to answer but getting A LOT of random scam calls lately. Just makes me feel bad for anyone who buys into this crap. Someone must or else they wouldn't be wasting their time.
