I also got a call from this number, stating that IRS is investigating my physical address. Its a recorded message with foreign accent. Do not believe it.
Please people DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!! It is a recorded message in a foreign accent , very hard to understand from an "Officer Daniel O Brian" in the IRS department. Telling me there is a warrant out and also "my physical address is under federal investigation"... Of course he said you must call him back at this number! Anyone with half a brain would not fall for this! I do feel sorry for older people etc., who may panic and believe this garbage.. The IRS is NOT going to contact you via phone! Please do not put yourself at risk and call these scammers back. That is what they want! If this post helps just one person, then it was worth it.
