The ID said Customer Service. The woman on the phone was inconsiderate and rude. She took an accusatory tone because we have chosen not to reinstate the warranty on our car. She forcefully asked me for my cars information which I declined to give. Then in a demeaning manner she proceeded to fire questions at me such as why I hadn't reinstated the warranty. She asked what I was allowing to "stand between me and reinstatement" to which I replied my kids' bedtime. Also she had the audacity to lecture me in a loud voice, telling me that I needed to "get that done" (meaning get the warranty extended. The guilt trip lasted for all of about 5 minutes when after the last nasty remark I hung up. My husband and I have had numerous calls regarding this and even when my husband has been patient they continue to be pushy and disrespectful. They keep calling from different numbers though so sometimes we are mislead. I would never give them any personal information and given the opportunity would sue them for harrassment.
