Did not pick up.   Caller ID shows "Newark NJ"

I have been receiving a few calls from 862 367 9475 & it is a computer voice named Josh & he always starts off by saying "can you hear me ok".  The first time, I thought I was speaking to an actual person but then after the 2nd, realized it was not. So I have just been hanging up

Calls everyday. "SPAM"  On Do Not Call List. Very Annoying anyone can call you even after being on the Don Not Call for years.
