Same as above. I received a text message also, giving the same message. Scam? I think so. It's already ridiculous enough to get random annoying calls, I hope they better not get even more annoying by bugging us via text.
I received the following text on my cell phone which said the following:
" Hi, You have been Selected to Test & Keep the New iPad3! Confirm Your Spot Today at http//ipad3mania.us. "
I have not checked the website due to potential risks.
I can safely assume the Apple corporation would not be texting random people to promote their new product.
