Answered the call and the line was connected but silent for about 30 seconds. I am in the 973-615 exchange. It may have been a hacker "War Dialing" the exchange for terminals/modems. Where as most individuals connect to the internet directly, modems still are a potential corporate back door and embedded systems from street signs to ATMs still use modems.
