I'm getting exactly the same trouble from this number -- 2-3 calls / day, 11 digit # (862-824-52253), no one there except background noise if I answer, unable to block, shows as UNAVAILABLE.
VERY ANNOYING!
I haven't tried talking to Verizon yet, but will check my billing. Seems like harassment case to me, but who do I file a complaint/restraining order to?
This crap of spoofing phone numbers, etc. should have stopped years ago. And folks complain about the internet... :)
Also, why has this number/organization been allowed to do this for over 2 years???????

I've gotten call from this number(011-862-824-522-53, the 011 code is for the country of Inmarsat where ever that is? Also the country uses a type of satellite phone network.In order to return the call on a Verizon phone you have to have international phone service.

Not a real company, when you start asking questions about their company, they hang up on you. Got three calls from them today. 8:10am 11:14am and 6:20pm
Same goofy out of the country number. I looked them up and it appears that they are using a VOIP phone similar to Vonage and using a european phone number to keep from being traced - all the tell tale signs of a FRAUD and SCAM.
can I ask u the name of this guy u are talking to in CA...I have been talking to a guy from CA on yahoo and he just called and this is the # that came up.
