I was calling someone else, and all I heard was rustling in the background.. so I told the person I
was calling to hang up I'll call back... I looked at my cell and the number 862-902-4176 was on my
cell... and when I called the person back that I was calling.. they said they heard the same thing...
I just lodged my complaint. I'm getting the same thing. The more folks who actually help take the time to lodge a complaint the better chance we can stop this practice in general. I'm registered w the National Do Not Call Registry so I hope that helps.
Received a call from 862-902-4176 on my cell at least 3 times now, did not leave a message, so do not know who this is and I am not going to waste my minutes to find out.
Got a call from this number also as I was on a conference call. I did not call it back but decided to google the number and saw this sight. I'm not calling it back...seems to be an unwanted call.
