Clearly a scammer. You're so right... NEVER answer if you don't recognize and especially if your Caller ID says UNKNOWN NAME, UNKNOWN NUMBER. Legit people and businesses will always identify themselves.
This phone number called me several times and leaves no message. I went on the health care exchange and put in my information and all of a sudden my new phone number is ringing off the hook by telemarketers. That's not right I'm contacting the Federal Trade Commission my information was sold.
These people have been calling me for the last few months and saying I am under ivestigation and threatening to try to contact me at work (which they never have) and now I got a call saying a decision has been made??? I firmly believe they are running a scam. If they call again I'm going to answer and tell them to go [***] themselves.
