Person asked if I would be home tomorrow so the police could leave a summond to appear in court for a person I had never heard of.  Caller insisted that I must be related to the person (and be lying about it) and that I would be in trouble with the law if I didn't collect the papers.  It seems like a scam to find out if people will be home so you will be robbed.  Do not tell the caller if you will be home when they want to arrive and tell them you are not interested and quickly hang up.
