bubble lip calling to inform me that electric rates were going up. i could hear a lot of other voices in the background. definitely a boiler room operation. i informed her that she couldn't do anything about it and she was breaking the law by calling me because i was on the state and national do not call list and don't bother me with your bs anymore.
