I didn't get a call from this number, but I did get a text on my cell phone. They are using a local number through a wireless carrier to send out a "free $1000 Wal-Mart card offer". The web page attached to the text takes you to a site that has conditions and requirements for "special offers" that you have to complete. This is a complete SCAM. I am reporting them to the FTC. As stated by the FTC, if the offer states that it is for free, or a telemarketer verbalizes that it is for free, then FREE MEANS FREE....no conditions, no payments, no strings attached. They have just broken the law. Reporting now.....BEWARE of the scammers from this phone #!!!!!!!
