My Ooma answering service took this unintelligible phone call from 863-585-2141. Could barely understand words like "congratulations", "grant", "thousand dollars", etc. Between the heavy accent and the boiler-room background noise I was lucky to get that much. The person was live, reading from a script, and wanted me to call back - gave the same number as the caller ID. That was unusual. My guess is that this number is a re-dialer, taking calls from the far east and dialing US numbers. I will never know for sure because I am adding area code 863 (south central Florida) to my Ooma black list. No loss because I don't know anyone in Florida. The first two digits - 86 - are also the country code for China. I'll let someone else be the ginny pig!
