called the number listed and got an auto care commercial.  Have no idea why I am getting these calls on both my cell and landline

Got a call from this number on my cell phone today.  I do not answer unknown numbers on my cell.  They did not leave a message but it came up in my caller id on the cell as Lake Wales, FL.  I called it back from a land line and it is the Auto Warranty thing.  I am on the government Do not call list...I do not understand how these companies can still call.

got called by this number, all they said was sorry wong number?

They called me and hasked who this was and hung up ?
