The woman claimed that a distant family member was wanted for not paying a bill and said had orders to come arrest and just crazy stuff but didn't know anything. That person never had acct. With the company. The woman said if someone paid the $1300 bill that they wouldn't come get them. The woman sounded demanding, unprofessional, and redneck.

Got a voicemail that my information was listed in public records (it's unlisted) as an emergency contact for my sister (I'm 500+ miles away, so I'm not) and there is litigation being filed TODAY if she doesn't call. They left the exact message back in April, and my sister hasn't heard anything (it's August now). They called my brother this time, too, so she called the number, and they wouldn't tell her anything about the case unless she admitted she was herself, but alluded to payment needing to be made. There are no court records in the county she lives in (that they specified) and no actual legal people back home know anything about it.
