Pick up and don't say anything! They quit calling

Called, did not leave,a message. Most if these scammers don't leave messages. I don't know what Care Benefits is.  Our home phone only blocks up to 20 numbers and we have been at the limit for some time. These people need to get a real job!

Blocked this # a while back, but it keeps calling my phone. I guess it can,t get around my block! So stop calling!
