Who called from 8642118439

I got a call from the number no one said anything when I attempted to call the number back it said this number is not in service

Same deal...tried to answer but only got silence for a few seconds before the line disconnected.  When I tried to call back, an automated message saying the number was "disconnected or longer in service" was all I could get even though I called the same number within a few seconds after the line disconnected...????

This number called me this morning but i was asleep when i called it back it said the number was diaconnected

Called my skype number which is strange since I only use skype when I'm overseas.  Guess they just started dialing random numbers.  Blocked

My Co-user on my plan ALSO received these annoying calls. 6 times within an hour. I have my S7edge unlocked and running Nought. The other phone, however, is still on Marshmallow and is a Note4  (unlocked). I am  getting annoyed with unwanted callers/messages from Facebook - whereb where no one within their right mind would dare go unless they are looking for someone behind a proxy: Facebook is the number one place that hackers (Blackhats and Grayhats) go to test their skills. More often than naught, ones number will pop up on FB or show on Google Plus, if you do not take the necessary precautions.
