It prompts you to press 1 to participate in the survey or press 2 to decline. If you press 2 it says that they have removed you from their contact list
I'm in Michigan. They've called numerous times--sometimes a message is left, sometimes not. Once I answered and they wanted me to participate in a diabetic survey, until I informed them that no one in the home has diabetes. Of course, they continue to call.
