Called and wanted to reduce the interest rate on my credit card. All we had to do was give them a little information. and they could reduce my interest rate. Press 1 to speak to our staff, press 3 to opt out. Answering machine recorded the message. said that this would be the only call we would get. Really 2 hours they called again. did not answer either call.
