Same here 2-3 calls. They are probably trying to get ahold of someone with the last name of williams. They most likely spoofed the number and name that you saw on your caller I.D. That way you might answer thinking it's a relative calling. They hang up if they hit voicemail.
There is no way to get yourself removed from the list.
