called and hangup on voicemail. no idea who or what.

I had the same experience that Chris above had.  They called.  I said hello several times over several seconds.  There was no sound coming form the other side.  It was like their phone was on mute.  Then we were disconnected.

It is Duke Energy Home Repair Plans.

They called and acted just like they did last time.  I called back 20 minutes later and a woman answered the phone.  She told me who they are and what they are doing.

This number keeps calling, but I don't answer because I don't know who it is.
