This number called and initially, caller claimed someone from my number had requested to be called about some sort of solar energy system. Of course, that's not true. I called back many times asking for elaboration of who they are and from where they'd obtained my number, but they wouldn't clarify who they are, what company they represent, nor any other information -- they immediately hang up on me when I ask any question at all. I believe this to be a scam call aimed at an attempt to determine whether or not the recipient is at home, probably toward burgling your house.
They've called me numerous times. I never answered until yesterday and they asked for me by name. Told them nobody was available and I asked to take a message. They said "no thank you, I will call back" and hung up on me. I have a reverse phone look up app on my phone and there is no record for this phone number. SCAM SCAM SCAM I think
Report them to www.donotcall.gov - choose the 'file a complaint' option. This is a landline from Greenville, S.C. and they call and NEVER say anything and HANG UP. They call repeatedly.
I keep getting hang-up calls from this number. I read one of the posts that said it's from a solar energy company. I don't want to hear from these people.
