I got a call from this number, but was not able to answer since it charges in my car during business hours. There were two voicemails left, last one being a snippet of the voice menu like when you call in for tech support. the first one was the a recorded notice that the outage that happened the day before had been fixed. I called charter tech support and immediately got shunted to a recording that there was 'a major outage in your area we are working on resolving at this time'. it then asked me to press one to be notified when it was resolved. This number is the number that pops up when that notification comes in.
IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER ANSWER IT!!! ITS CHARTER'S HEADQUARTERS CONTACTING YOU REGARDING A COMPLAINT THAT YOU PLACED. IF THE CALL IS MISSED YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DIAL THE NUMBER BACK...CALL 314-965-0555, IF SO. THEY COULD ASSIST WITH AN ADDITIONAL CALL (TO YOU)...GOOD LUCK!
It's Charter Communications, but I hate talking to them. Whenever I have any questions in regards to my account, I just chat with an agent online. At least then you don't have to listen to some rertard.
Well since I have filed a complaint with my States Consumer affairs against Charter and they have not responded to any of the notices I am assuming this is them calling me. They never leave a message though. I did get notice that the State is going to subpeona the records from them though. Maybe they want to settle with me first! Oh well maybe they should leave a message or maybe they should not have tried to force their way into my home past a my teenage son to get equipment that I had already returned. Or maybe they shouldn't have put "I realize you are not getting 100% service but you still have to pay 100% of the bill" in writing??? They are so dumb!
I just got a call from them. Charter calls me 3-4 times daily. They think my name is Jason, but I clearly sound like a girl. I've tried in vain to convince them I am not the person they seek. they refuse to remove my number until Jason calls them. I'm like you idiots, Jason owes you money! Guess what! He's not gonna call you!
DumbA##'s. So I filed a compliant with the FCC. Apparently they dont' take kindly to people who aren't a Charter Customer filing complaints. OH WELLL....tooo bad!
