Identifies as a law office when leaving a voice mail message. Probably a debt collector as a company I did business with refused to accept payments from me. Now they probably turned it over to this collector. Calls from this company started a few days after the other company quit calling me so it is likely this situation.
Never give any financial information to a debt collector as they will likley use it to "take" your money without authorization. For me, I will only pay the company I was dealing with and only under the original terms.
IF you pay anything whatsoever to a debt collector the 7 year period that a debt can remain on your credit record starts over again from the date of payment. And again, they can use the information from your payment to "take" more money without permission.
