I've been getting a lot of these 864-301-xxxx calls lately. The area code/exchange originates from Union, SC. This was one of them and so far, all that I've seen are illegal calls (do not call list) pitching something, most likely a scam. This one was reported elsewhere as generating the "can you hear me?" scam, and also the home security scam. No message was left on the call to me.
