Who called from 8643053308

Phoned and left no message or number.

They Called.  I answered.  Harsh hello.  Not anyone I would be expecting.

Left voicemail. Said they were from the IRS and they were filing charges against me. Obviously scammers or prank.

That's strange, previous post thought IRS scammer.  My caller iD said unassigned and I usually pick up and hang up especially at 8:40 PM but I answered cause my Mom used to live in that area code.  The man was thanking my Mom for her past donation with Habitat. When I said she lives in a Sr Community he said oh ok I will update my records, thank you.  He also didn't have the heavy foreign accent the IRS callers have so maybe a newly "assigned" number.

Or a spoofed number more likely.
