Twice this number has called me in regards to an old credit card trying to get money from me. I ignored their request the first time and today when they tried again I said I'd have my lawyer contact them and they hung up. Don't give them any more info or payments they are scammers
Whallburg and Associates. They tried to say I owed an over draft to 'US BANK' and they were "mediating" for the bank to collect the debt. When I told the guy that I never had US BANK, he became extremely angry and said, "we are just going to do what we gotta do and we know where you live", just before hanging up on me. LOL! Definite scam. Please don't provide money to them. These people knew EVERYTHING about me, so please don't be fooled by their knowledge of your personal information. They are totally illegitimate.
I just received a call from some CLOWN, asking for me or my mother so he could leave me a message. Said he had my name, address and phone number and needed to speak to me at once. When I asked why, he said, I would find out soon enough and HUNG UP! This is some CRAP I'm sure... and I will not be calling back!! You can't play a PLAYER!! Folks don't fall for this crap!!
this 8643054977 called my mom and asked for my deceased gpa who has been gone for about 30 years now and when I mom told her that she asked for me stated she was doing an investigation into fraud on my social number. my mom called me and gave me the number, I called her back. she is trying to collect on a debt from 3 years ago that I just paid off twice. yes that right twice. I was scammed on it. but I am watching myself closing now. and she told me that I have to pay it before wed night or it goes to court on thurs. helloooo its mon. so when asked for a validation of debt letter she emailed me a typed letter with no letterhead no company name just initials. that doesn't show me that I got the loan or even validate it. I could do that much. i have proof that shows that i only received one loan from the original debtor and that i paid it off TWICE>>>> and i have all my bank statements. they have tried saying that this was deposited on a day there wasn't even any activity on my account around that date even.... and it is for 4 times the amount of the loan.... SCAMMMMMM>

On March 19th 2014 the State of Nevada Department of Business and Industry, Financial Institutions Division issued an order that Warrant Service Association cease and desist from operating and/or engaging in the business of collecting claims for others, or of soliciting the right to collect or receive payment for another, claim, advertise, or solicit, either in print, by letter, in person, or otherwise, the right to collect or receive payment for another of any claim; or seek to make collection or obtain payment of any claim on behalf of another within the State of Nevada unless licensed by the Division.
This order is following an investigation during which it was found that the Nevada Domestic Limited Liability Company WSA, LLC was engaged in business as a collection agent, though the business did not at any time hold appropriate licensing to do so. These actions are a willful and intentional violation of the laws of the State of Nevada.
