Telemarketer pitching solar systems and using Duke Energy rate increases as a reason to use solar. I do am not a Duke Energy customer, and I hate telemarketers.
Called my land line at 6:40 PM near dinner time. My caller id only shows the number. I never answer numbers I don't recognize. I assume it's some type of scammer, sales scheme, or else a politician, all of which I loathe.
