I received a call from this number.  The person acted like she knew me and then asked, "Is this the Jane Doe that lives at 1234 Main Street?" and then asked does, "Does your social security number end in 1234?"  When I told I her that I wasn't going to tell her that she got very angry and said, "You don't have tell me anything, just answer the question."  Then I hung up.
