I received a call from this number as well. It's a [***] agency called WM Positions. They claim that I indicated that, while online, I asked about Job positions, which is a crock of crap. They think they'll get away with spam calling people by claiming that people asked them to call them online. They need to be shut down.
Its a total SCAM. First, its illegal to ask for your citizenship or date of birth AND PLEASE do not give out your Social Security number. In fact, when I called back, the first thing they asked if if I had a high school diploma or GED. I answered "no" and the robo hung up.
You can tell this is a scam/robo when you answer and there is a longer than normal delay as well as when you answer questions, it seems as if you are on a telephone support triage (like the ones cable and utilities companies have), just not as pleasant sounding.
These calls are unsolicited calls and sound convincing but are a scam.
