Did not answer. Caller ID = Benefits Line

They called my cell phone and I put that number on my "blocked calls list."

Got 2 calls within an hour.  Let the answer machine pick up.  They left no message.

...please stop typing in all caps.  That's called "flaming," and it's considered to be yelling at someone.  It is bsd online etiquette.  Thank you.

I doubt very much that it is anything but a scam.  I didn't answer, and neither should you.
