I had applied to Continental AG and some day latter I got a call from this girl" Nil-ya" asking me if I had time to discus a job in VA. I had asked politely and ask if she could call back in 1 hour. She never called back, oh well! I received an e-mail. I tried to call her back quit a few times leaving messages.
That was a month ago!
Then, I received a voice message from her again. I called back in a few days, you get a message saying there is a problem and to try back latter!
I did and finally I reach her and her interview questions got kind of strange, She asked if I would relocate to a town different than advertized, I was very reserved in answering and asked her, did you read my resume?
Then after a few other strange questions, I said if you work for Continental AG why would you ask?
She then said she works for Careerbuilders.com to help screen applicants. I ended the call!
And I called Careerbulders ( they post jobs online ) they said they dont have any such program!
And they called the fraud department and made out a report, they have no such person called "Nil-ya"
