I have been getting phone calls from this number and I have tried unsuccessfully to get them to stop calling. Furthermore when I spoke with a manager he was snide, sarcastic, and utterly unhelpful. I do not think that my number has been removed. They aren't even trying to reach me, they are trying to reach someone who must have had my number before but certainly hasn't had it for 2 years which is how long I've been receiving these calls. They claim that they are not a collection agency but an arbitration company. The name that they gave is RJ Capital.
Just like the above, my daughter has been getting calls from this number for someone other than herself. They are snide, intimidating and untruthful regarding the removal of her number from their database. Wish I knew how to stop them!
