This number 864-396-5215 is a scam company who was trying to be a predator and used a fraudulent tactic of using fear based solicitation. They use the technique of baiting for info. The Person made generic blanket statement when I said Hello whereby they alleged "I" had made fraudulent checks without even asking to speak with any specific name.at this phone #. Hilarious to think people would be dumb enough to fall for such a scam... but then again, there are some pretty dumb people out there that just might fall into such a trap. Report & Black list this company. serve them with cease & desist as well as lawsuit if they do not stop harassing random people. Report this to government agencies as well. Do not let people with no authority, jurisdiction or contract over you intimidate you. I surely did not and will not.
Mr walker called and this Person stated they asked for a Mitch Ladrick and stated they had the Police on the phone about fraudulent checks i laughed and stated i do not have a checking account. i then asked him to have the tuscarawas sheriff department to give me a call. He then hung up on me. Looking up there number they are based out of south Carolina and by lieing on the phone to me i asked him if he had anything to do with me or my address to send all in writing. This man was rude and after i called the sheriffs department the Deputy Cambell stated they have "not" recieved any calls on my regards. If the calls persist what action can i take after repeatedly asking them to take my number off there list and to stop calling and if i do owe any bills send it in writing? Please make this company stop there harrassing lies and misuse of conduct

Unfortunately, these morons refuse to give you any of that information so it's impossible to issue a cease and desist letter to them. They prey on those who don't know better and fear is a big factor in trying to get people motivated to pay something - even if it's not a bill/monies they owe. Unfortunately, it's impossible to hunt down these criminals easily.
