Just received a call, I get a lot of these calls that are listed with a city and state, this one was Greenwood, SC. I did not answer, and they did not leave a message. I will be blocking it through my cable company like I do all the others. So annoying though, I get at least 1 or two a day. I don't even write checks.

my mother called me at work, stating she received a message on vm phn#864-396-5215. stating someone was texting her social security all over, and they wanted her to call. well i called them and i ask them name of company and website, they said no web site. they said they were a bill collector. i told them they were a scam, he stated to pay my bill and hung up. i called back replying, is this scam . com. he said
what ?, and told me to pay my bills. i told him i called police and if he paid his bills, he would not have to call the elders for theirs.
I have been receiving calls from this number and being pressured to pay money and I have no records from them in this regard. The company they say they are representing is a company that sold my account to someone else.
