I think that this number is involved in a scam of some sort.

What do you know of this & why do you think it's a scam?

The scam has reached CLEARWATER, FL. Please beware!!! I almost fell for it. Sounded too good to be true...

PLS NOTE  Drive by and take a look at the exterior of the house because you cannot see the interior of the house and incase you see a sign in front of the house,you didn't have to contact anybody else accept me.the keys and document are with me and family,get back to me after viewing the exterior of the house so as to proceed in shipment of the keys and document to you after making the payment,utilities are also included in the rent fee such as water,light,gas,washer,dryer,trash etc,

Yes it definitely is a scam. I got the same email and after turning in the application details,the person called me and asked me to wire the money to an attorney in a different state. Lets just say I did my homework and visited neighbors, researched the attorney(who by the way is not listed by the bar association) and will NOT be sending any money to this crook!

rec'd the same type of messages and received this response:
