Who called from 8644009890

They called me on my cell phone too....with a heavy accent in English...I actually couldn't understand. It seems about loans.

They say they are the Internal Revenue Service SCAM ***DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE***

I received 2 calls from this number and I ignored them both!!! As you said Raye, they say they are the internal revenue service - IRS does not make phone calls, I didn't answer the phone only let my phone take the message.
