Scam call. Number does not work upon call back, robo-calls are illegal, calls to numbers on the DNC List are illegal and these upfront fee mortgage modification scams are illegal. How many red flags do you need to call it a scam?
Just got this new phone number bypassed my blocks. Darn. I actually picked up the phone and let them listen to Adam 12. ;) time they spent money on their scam.
This number called and I declined it because I didn't recognize it. They immediately called back again and again I declined it. No message left either time.
