This was a text, regarding a loan. The caller would not answer my questions, not even how he got my phone number. Asked him to call me so we could talk, no response. Asked if I had a bank account, what bank, or a cedit card. "So he could TRANSFER money into my account!" Beware if you get a text from (864) 416-1573. I am almost positive this person is a scammer.
