Cell phone rang at 4:09 am 8/28/14 no one would answer me. 864-517-9540 - I tried to call it back and got a fast busy signal. since I don't know anyone in that area - I waited a few minutes and called again - "you have reached the mail box of 864-517-9540 this mail box is full.
Got a call from this number at 4:27am. Rang until we finally picked up then hung up. Thanks for interrupting our sleep to feed your little head games, jerk.
Received call at 4:30 A.M.!!!!! Tried to call it back but got a 'fast busy' signal. When I tried to call later in the day (when NORMAL people are AWAKE) it rang and rang and finally got a recording that said I had reached that number but the mailbox was full and couldn't leave a message! I don't know who it is, but if I ever find out or if I can ever leave a message they're going to get blasted by me for calling!!!
I filled out the "report" form on this page for this number and a very nice guy from a law firm contacted me. He said they had tried to track down this phone number but also had no luck. Said that the FBI has a website that we can report the number to and it's:

Look at all the "reports" for this phone number ... and not one describes the call content.
Oh ... filling out a "report form" on this page really does not get you in contact with a "very nice guy from a law firm". Y'see, this is merely a forum ... it is not an "official" report method at all.
