Got called today. Didn't answer, wanted to look up 1st. No help on this site yet. But, what have you read about "864"? 1st the call was to my cell, 2nd, my caller ID said under the number South Carolina, though I sem to remember something about this being off-shore.

Apparently received a call from this number on Jun 10th in the evening, my voicemail took a message. Message was a recording from an automated system, about installing a security system for "absolutely no cost" as long as the company could place a small sign in the yard (No mention of monitoring fees, which would have to be a monthly certainty). No idea what company it is, that was either in the first part of the message -which was cut off- or more likely, never revealed during the message.
