I answered since I was expecting a return call from a doctor, same area code. This was not them. It was regarding health or life insurance. It starts out with "This is Lisa Hill..." and did sound like someone actually calling. There was a click shortly after I answered before the message started. The message was asking questions and waiting for answers, almost interactive. I was quiet and stayed on the line until they hung up.
