Most likely this is a central hospital number which shows up whenever anyone calls from any of their extensions. It would be impossible for the operator you talked to to know who called.

Calling back this number the Hospital's switchboard operator Ms. Kim (supposedly supervisor) in the most rude manner refuses to investigate matter and hung up on me. Calling again, said Kim clicking her dial pad repeatedly making any conversation impossible. The Press will be informed.
