Got a call from this number saying he was a cop about 230 am est from a number in South Carolina about something I did.. Involving a 19 year old girl on pof the dating site.. All we did is exchange pictures.. Guy says the family of Robert Taylor is in the police station concern for what we did. At 2 30 am on a Sunday morning something that supposedly happened a week ago..This guy Robert Taylor guy has a North Carolina number, I look both of them up.. This guy Robert Taylor has a few scam complaints if you Look the number up 8288176989..this guy is a joke get this scam bag off the streets.
Yes it is an extortion scam being run on or by that site. There are numerous number threads here with the same story. Make a police report to your local PD. If the calls come from South Carolina, which seems to be popular with these extortionists, make a report there as well.
