This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and yet further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line to stop the recording and answer questions. As they never let you get to an operator, they also fail to provide a phone number and address when asked, further violating the TCPA. Their recording is all about how the victim has been selected to join their business group and make $1,000-$4,000 per week just by listening to a recording and setting up an illegal automated system like the one that called the victim. Since the revenues are "guaranteed" and there is no mention of any product or services, just an automated marketing system, it is evident that this is a pyramid scheme. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
