I keep getting calls from this number and they do not leave a message. The caller ID displays the number but it says unknown name. If don't answer they call over and over and leave no message. When I do answer there is no one there or they hang up. How do I stop this? It is crazy. I thought the "DO NOT CALL LIST" was suppose to stop this nonsense.
this woman is extremely overbearingly aggressive and rude. She refuses to state what company she's calling on behalf of, but yet she expects you to treat her with professional respect. Her behavior is not worthy of respect. She said her name is Jennie Pastor (unsure of spelling).
called me three times in less than 5 minutes. Name of caller is Angela at 866-516-6961 ext. 4280. This is against the Fair Debt Collections Act for harrassment with multiple calls in a day.
I will be contacting the proper authorities to report and file a claim as i have with others. I have in the excess of 2 million in claims against these companites. You do have a claim against them for their is no contract between you and these debt collectors.
File with your local attorney general, which anyone can access from the internet. A class action law suite will soon follow for this company.
