Received call from this number, left message saying her name was Ginger Wheeler and that she was calling about a file that I had sent to her on July 17th. Did not say what business she was calling from. Did not like not knowing who I was dealing with.
Also been receiving calls from this number at ALL hours fo the day and night. It is a collector trying to collect on a refuted charge with a merchant NPower Cummins in Milwaukee Wisconsin who did NOT perform the work agreed on. They looked at the generator (their manufacturer) for more then three days 24 hours and could not even diagnose the problem, let alone fix it. Then they had the gall to charge me for ALL the time PLUS travel time three times to the job location at $130+/hour (to include travel time) plus a mileage rate of 2.04/mile on top of it. I paid for one day and parts then I told them that I am not paying for services not rendered. They did not do what they had stated they could do. I had another company look at the generator and in "ONE HOUR" they disagnosed the problem and told me that it would be x dollars to fix. The total bill from them was less then the amount already paid to NPower Cummins.
DO NOT use NPower Cummins they do not know what they are doing and will charge you for everything under the sun.
