Caller ID may have been spoofed since number on caller ID is same as local bank except for last digit. Caller ID read FIRST CITIZENS. Caller was soliciting credit card debt solutions. Hung up when I said that I was on the National Do Not Call list. Probably a robo call, I could hear other people talking in the background.
